Herron Park & Foy's to Blacktail Trails

Note: E-bikes are not permitted on the trails within Herron Park and the Foy's to Blacktail trail system, as they are designated non-motorized.


Great Northern Historical Trail (Rails-to-Trails)

  • Distance: 22 miles (Kalispell to Somers)
  • Surface: Paved
  • E-Bike Access: Permitted
  • Highlights: Scenic views, gentle grades, and a family-friendly route.

This trail is ideal for e-bike riders of all levels, offering a smooth ride through picturesque landscapes.


 Lone Pine State Park

  • Distance: 7.5 miles of trails
  • Surface: Mixed
  • E-Bike Access: Permitted on designated trails
  • Highlights: Panoramic views of the Flathead Valley and diverse wildlife.

Lone Pine offers a variety of trails suitable for e-bikes, but be sure to stick to those where e-bikes are allowed.


Glacier National Park (Paved Roads Only)

  • E-Bike Access: Permitted on paved and unpaved roads open to motor vehicles.
  • Restrictions: E-bikes are not allowed on trails or paths closed to motorized vehicles.
  • Highlights: Stunning mountain vistas, wildlife sightings, and the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road.
